License agreement
End-user license agreement for Textcelerator: This is an agreement between you and the author of Textcelerator. By installing, copying, or otherwise using Textcelerator, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Textcelerator is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property law and treaties. Textcelerator is licensed, not sold.
Grant of License
Licenses to use Textcelerator are tied to email addresses. There are two types of licenses: trial and full. Both are covered under this same agreement. You may obtain a single, time-limited trial license at no charge. You receive a full license when you purchase Textcelerator.
Trial licenses expires after thirty days. Textcelerator contains a mechanism that will render it inoperable when the trial period has expired; you may not tamper with or circumvent this mechanism. You may only have one trial license; after it expires you cannot get another. Acquiring multiple trial licenses for the same person, such as by using different email addresses, is a violation of this agreement.
A full license gives you the right to install and use Textcelerator on every computer you own or are the primary user of. For example, you may install Textcelerator on both a home computer that you own and an office computer that your employer owns, under the same license; and you can reinstall Textcelerator as needed if you upgrade or replace your computer or web browser. Note that if you sell or transfer your computer, then you must uninstall Textcelerator, unless the recipient has their own full license.

Privacy policy
If you use the browser plugin, we store your name and email address, so we can keep track of trials and give you your license key if you need to reinstall. The plugin does not and shall not collect or share any information about what you read or what pages you visit. If you buy Textcelerator, we do not store or have access to your credit card number; it is encrypted by our transaction processor, Stripe, before reaching our server.
We may collect anonymized, aggregate statistics about usage of Textcelerator such as reading speed, number of words read, configuration options and usage of program features, for research and development purposes. We will take steps to ensure that none of these statistics cannot be tied to individual users, and that no information is collected about what pages are visited or what texts are read.
